Monica is a Family Constellation facilitator and Intuitive Interior decorator serving the Asheville, NC area. She specializes in creating beautiful environments for humans to feel safe who are seeking to heal their nervous system. She has a unique ability to sense the connection between the person's soul and their living environment, weaving together Family Constellation, Intuitive Interior decorating, Feng Shui, color therapy and energy clearing as tools. Monica is deeply passionate about inherited family trauma healing and holding sacred space for humans to come home to themselves. Monica is also available for one on one FC sessions in person or on zoom using figurines as representations, private group constellations and Intuitive Interior design consultations.

Sandy Phocas is a Shamanic and IFS Practitioner, in addition to a Systemic Family Constellations facilitator. After years of working as a psychiatrist, Sandy followed a calling to focus on the deeper foundation of healing and wholeness. This led to trainings in hypnosis, Holotropic Breathwork, past life work, shamanism, IFS and Systemic Constellations. Her passion is sharing this path with others by helping them to not only heal, but to profoundly access their own truth, power, and creative life force energy.
